Client data is compared to benchmark data for same geographic area, same industry and group size to help determine goals and objectives for plan changes based upon utilization norms. We use a data base of 12 million lives across a wide spectrum of employers and benefit plans.
Employers can see how their plan compares to other similar employer plans. When employees complain that their plan is weak in some way, employers will have valid data with which to educate the employees and validate the benefit plan decisions being made.
